TRG's construction approach starts with a thorough understanding of the site before mobilization. Mine environments and active industrial properties carry constraints that general construction contractors can underestimate - active haulage corridors, adjacent operations, daily safety briefings, and coordinated shutdowns. Our project leads have worked inside these environments and know how to plan work that doesn't create conflict with the operations running around it.

Specification compliance is managed in the field, not reviewed after the fact. TRG's site supervisors are responsible for holding grade, compaction, and material standards throughout the work - not just at final inspection. When conditions change mid-project, we adapt the plan and communicate with the client before the change affects schedule. That discipline reduces rework and keeps the project on track.

Contractor coordination on complex projects requires more than a schedule on a whiteboard.
